Generate the best questions to inspire many ideas that create gains and relieve pains. Prioritise ideas that have the most impact for the least amount of effort.
OUTCOME
You'll be ready to develop prioritised concepts more fully so you can share them with others for feedback.
DAY FIVE
Bring a value proposition to life

SESSION 3 - FRIDAY
FOCUS
Explain how a specific concept helps a customer get a job done by reducing their pains and increasing their gains.
ACTIVITY
Pinpoint and describe exactly how value is going to be created for a customer. Show how the customer will experience the new idea. Clarify any assumptions.
OUTCOME
You'll have a powerful way to share an idea, gather feedback and rally support for its development.
