"What Could Be originally enlisted my services to take some photographs during the morning session of their Service Design Workshop. I arrived expecting to be busy taking photographs, what I didn't expect was the very warm welcome, the totally engaging and informative presentation, an invitation to hang around for the rest of the day and finally, being involved in the workshop with the delegates.
Through innovative integration of high quality presentations, group discussions, role playing, service analysis, prototyping and reflective/constructive criticism, WhatCouldBe perfectly illustrated a process whereby I could re-evaluate, with a view to improvement, almost every single aspect of how I run my business.
