Darren brings valuable first-hand experience of design agency practice to What Could Be. As a co-founder of a successful design and brand agency, he is a strong advocate for service design thinking and believes his business has been transformed since he adopted service design tools and practices within his agency - even winning him work at pitch stage. He is keen to share this experience with the industry, believing that knowledge sharing and co-creation is the future of work.

Across sixteen years in the design industry, Darren has become an experienced creative director and brand consultant. With extensive knowledge of design management and its place in business strategy he regularly advises at senior level on how best to utilise design to transform businesses.

He is a member of the Design Business Association.
